- Fabrication of
screen boxes suitable to fit 60o
wedge wire screen for removal of slurry or water
passing through sieve of 3 mm, 2 mm, 1.5 mm, 1 mm
& 0.7 mm opening between wires by gravity
feed. The system is used in maize processing
complex for Germ Washing, Maize Dewatering,
Milled Maize Dewatering, Fibre Dewatering etc.

- Fabrication of
screen boxes suitable for 120o
wedge wire screen for removal of slurry passing
through 50, 75, 120, 150 Micron sieve by pressure
filteration. The system is used in fibre washing
in Maize processing complex by counter current
system.

- Rotary brush
strainer for removal of parside sizes above 0.5
mm by a pressure technique and are used before
nozzle type separator or hydrocyclone washing
system.
